Natural Way Of Living Healthy

Hi....it's my new blog... Many ways we can do to be able to maintain the health of our bodies. I myself have a simple way to maintain the health of my body besides exercise, because my activities are quite high, healthy body does not mean never sick, but how our body produces active cells to fight disease. The following simple way that I usually do to maintain my stamina are: - R eplace sugar with honey Start the morning on an empty stomach and not rinse by drinking one tablespoon of honey and warmwater, use honey as a sweetener drink, minimize the use of sugar in cooking.... - R educe food derived from flour Multiply eating vegetables and fruit... - A void oily foods Serve food through a steamed process... - A void foods containing cow's milk D rinking water mixed with honey and a little salt is healthier than drinking milk! prove it .... good luck
