Many ways we can do to be able to maintain the health of our bodies.I myself have a simple way to maintain the health of my body besides exercise, because my activities are quite high, healthy body does not mean never sick, but how our body produces active cells to fight disease.
The following simple way that I usually do to maintain my stamina are:
- Replace sugar with honey
Start the morning on an empty stomach
and not rinse by drinking one tablespoon
of honey and warmwater, use honey as
a sweetener drink,
minimize the use of sugar in
cooking....
- Reduce food derived from flour
Multiply eating vegetables and fruit...
- Avoid oily foods
Serve food through a steamed process...
- Avoid foods containing cow's milk
Drinking water mixed with honey and
a little salt
is healthier
than drinking milk!
